Ciao and thank you for your interest.Just for the records I updated Ansel to the latest GitHub version right now. Compiled and installed but the problem is still the same...If I run <ansel -d all> from the terminal same result: segmentation fault
Compiling from source I obtain no errors but when launching /opt/ansel/bin/ansel I obtain a segmentation fault.Backtrace should be written to a text file in /tmp but file contains only: "this is ansel 0.0.0+1838~gc8b6d5574e reporting a segfault:"
Ciao, I did any manual operation on the SQLite database and I really do not know when this problem raised for the first time since I never start Ansel from a terminal...I can try to replace the databse with one from a recent backup and see it it will work.thanks
Yes, this is logic.Switched to Xorg. Launched Ansel from a terminal.Images now are swowed correctly but opening them the error is still there...Same error also simply hovering with the mouse on them from the lighttable!Not on all images but only on some of them...Do you think I need to perform some maintenance operation on the database?
Ciao,I opened a photo folder and found some images are NOT rotated.Double click on the image in order to enter the darkroom and on the terminal I receive the following error:[image_cache_write_release] sqlite3 error 19

Zooming the image in the central view of the darkroom and dragging it causes a 'phantom' residual image.See the attached image. You can clearly see the residual image on the left arm of the woman, but also on her face.I compile Ansel from git (this version is 8e3cfc8a0) on a Linux Suse Tumbleweed.I have changed my graphic card a couple of weeks ago fitting a powerful nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Thank you!
Is it possible to have the modules category list complete visible in order to select them quickly? Clicking on the right/left arrows in order to reach the desired group needs time and you have to click several times on the arrow.Moreover, is it possible to hide/customize categories?For example I do not use film so do not need Negatoctor.Thanks,Maurizio
