The difference between standard and premium is another complication regarding donations that requires an answer. Would anyone like to answer that question?Then, of course, as a donor, you don't want to feel cheated. Therefore, it naturally feels better to get something in return for your donation compared to those who don't donate.

I found Ansel yesterday, downloaded an app image, and clicked around a bit.I sympathized with the developer's ideas. I think Darktable has become too cluttered.I decided today to start providing financial support. I went in and paid 30 euros (5 per month). There were already TWO payment options, and I chose Librapay.When I went to check out my Ansel Community account, I discovered that you can become a premium member there. I wish I had been informed of this a little earlier. I would obviously have chosen a premium membership for 5 euros per month rather than just donating. So now I feel cheated.But I really hope that Ansel develops well and that I get value for the donation I have made so far, even if I don't get access to what would have been included in a premium membership.
