AMD OpenCL installation changed

Hello @Aurélien Pierre, just to inform you that the installation command has changed if you want to update it in your wiki here:

sudo amdgpu-install --usecase=opencl --opencl=rocr --no-dkms

This should be enough, after downloading and installing the amd package to manage the installation of its drivers.
